FAQ for Custom Orders

1. How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, simply visit our website and select the uniform style you wish to customize. You can upload your logo, choose colours, and specify any other customisations. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team for personalised assistance and a tailored quote. If you are unsure, just add a note at checkout and all will be confirmed before production.

2. What types of customization options are available?
We offer a variety of customization options, including:

  • Embroidery (e.g., logos, names, text)
  • Vinyl Print.

3. Do you have a minimum order requirement for custom uniforms?
No, we don't have a minimum order.

Although if you are a new customer and your order total is £40 we will have to add a logo set up cost at a charge of £15 - we will reach out to take payment after receiving your order.

All our bundles include free logo set ups and logo added to left chest with free delivery.

There are no minimum orders for returning customers, using the same approved Logo.

4. How long does it take to process a custom order?
Custom orders usually take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the customization. For bulk or large orders, the processing time may vary, and we’ll provide an estimated timeline upon receiving your order but our aim is always to turn around within 10 business days.

5. Can I see a sample of my design before finalizing my order?
Yes, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval before proceeding with production. This ensures your logo, text, or artwork is exactly how you want it. Once you approve the proof, we’ll begin production. You will be contacted on via the email provided to go through this process. 

6. What file formats do you accept for logos and artwork?
We accept a variety of file formats, including:

  • Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)
  • High-resolution raster files (.PNG, .JPEG, .TIFF)
  • Other formats may be accepted upon request, but vector files are preferred for the best quality printing or embroidery.

7. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Once your custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes may not be possible. However, if you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

8. What happens if I’m not satisfied with my custom order?
If there is a mistake with your order due to an error on our part, we will resolve it by reworking the design or offering a replacement. However, customised items that are produced according to your specifications are generally not eligible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

9. How do I approve my custom design?
Once your design is created, we will send you a digital proof for approval. You’ll need to review the design carefully and approve it before production begins. If you need changes, you can request adjustments at this stage.

10. Can I order different sizes or styles within the same custom order?
Yes, you can mix and match different sizes, styles, and colours within your custom order where the option is available. Our team will assist you with organising the details and ensuring the design is applied correctly to each item.

11. Do you offer eco-friendly customisation options?
Yes, we offer eco-friendly customization options such as water-based inks for screen printing and organic or recycled fabrics for uniforms. Please inquire with our sales team for more details.

12. What happens if my custom order is delayed?
We strive to fulfill all orders on time. However, if there is a delay in production or shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeline.

13. Can I track my custom order?
Yes, once your custom order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
